A MAN was taken to hospital with "potentially serious injuries" after an attack in Brockmoor.
Medics were called to Wilson Road at around 2.46pm on Sunday (May 22).
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said they were called to reports of an assault and that one man was taken to hospital.
She said: "We were called at 2.46pm to reports of an assault on Wilson Road, Brierley Hill.
"One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene.
"On arrival we found a man.
"He was assessed and had sustained potentially serious injuries.
"He received treatment from ambulance staff.
"He was conveyed to hospital for further treatment.”
People on social media commented that the man had been stabbed.
West Midlands Police have been contacted for comment.
