SAINSBURY’S staff were demanded to hand over cash and cigarettes in a masked robbery at a Gornal store.
On Wednesday, August 3, a masked man entered Sainsbury’s Local on Louise Street at around 12:50 pm.
He gained access to the till and ordered staff to give him money and cigarettes.
The man left the store on foot and staff raised the alarm.
Luckily, no one was injured.
