FENS Pool Nature Reserve in Pensnett was hit by further fires over the weekend.
West Midlands Fire Service said firefighters attended two incidents – one on Saturday evening (August 13) and another on Sunday afternoon (August 14).
The fires have further scorched the reserve which has been suffering from a spate of arson attacks.
Saturday’s blaze is believed to have been started deliberately, the fire service said, but Sunday’s incident has been described as accidental blaze.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Fire Service said: “On Saturday, we were called at 9.23pm and were in attendance within three minutes. Our Brigade Response Vehicle from Haden Cross extinguished roughly 100 square metres of grass land on fire.
“On Sunday, we were called at 4.02pm and crews from Brierley Hill and Oldbury were in attendance, with first crews arriving in under five minutes. A much larger area of grassland, roughly 80 metres by 40 metres, was alight."
