TWO people have been taken into custody after a police operation in Dudley.
Dudley Town Police conducted an operation in Dudley Town Centre and the bus station with Wolverhampton Police and Safer Travel Police.
Six people were stopped and searched with one person taken into custody for drug possession with intent to supply and another doe theft and assault.
Dudley Town Police tweeted on August 16: “A busy pro-active operation on Dudley Town / Bus Station for #DC2 officers with @ST_Police and @WolvesPolice colleagues.
“Crime prevention items handed out. 6 stop searches completed. 2 in custody - 1 for Possession with Intent to Supply, another for theft and assault.”
