HENRY VIII paid a special visit to a Milking Bank school as part of their Tudor day celebrations.
The iconic monarch stopped by Milking Bank Primary School on Monday Febraury 25 to help mark the young history buffs day of activities.
Pupils from the Aintree Way site dressed up in authentic gear as they harked back to the era of Henry VIII and Elizabeth I.
Henry was grilled by the kids in a questions and answers session, helped them make quills and eagle wings and they also tried out some Tudor dancing.
The days activties were held as part of the school's year four history studies.
Teacher Jodie Welling said: "It was a brilliant day.
"He made it really come alive."
