A DRIVER was arrested and a van seized after a routine stop by police in Brierley Hill.
Officers from Brierley Hill Police Station stopped the van, believed to be cloned, yesterday in Albion Street – just yards away from their Bank Street base.
Taking to social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) to highlight the incident, they said: “We detained the driver and established he was a provisional licence holder with no insurance.
"He was also wanted for burglary and harassment. We have arrested the driver and seized the van under the Road Traffic Act.”
