NEW food hygiene ratings have been awarded to six Dudley cafes, pubs and restaurants, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

No 92 Coffee Lounge at Mary Stevens Park, Worcester Street, Stourbridge, was given a five rating on December 15.

Patty Freaks@ The Railway at Pedmore Road, Lye, was given a five rating on December 1.

Ronnies Wood Fired Pizza at 120, High Street, Stourbridge, was given a three rating on November 28.

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

The Bell Inn on High Street, Kingswinford, was handed a five rating on November 30.

Takeaways Tin Sing Takeaway on High Street, Quarry Bank, was rated three on November 9.

Kingswinford Pizza, on Dingle Road, Kingswinford, was rated one on November 16.

A rating of five means hygiene standards are very good, four means hygiene standards are good, three means hygiene standards are generally satisfactory, two means some improvement is necessary, a rating of one means major improvement is necessary and a rating of zero means urgent improvement is required.
