A number of fire crews have responded to a large blaze that has broken out in Tipton with smoke spotted in areas across Dudley.
West Midlands Fire Service has responded to a fire in Danks Way, Great Bridge this afternoon (Wednesday, February).
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, a spokesperson for West Midlands Fire Service said the fire is believed to involve a large amount of plastic material in a compound.
They added: "People in properties affected by the smoke are asked to keep doors and windows closed as a precaution."
