POLICE investigating a robbery at Merry Hill shopping centre have issued a CCTV image of a suspect they’re trying to trace.
Dudley Police have asked the public for help to identify the person pictured.
The plea for help follows a robbery that took place at the shopping centre in Brierley Hill on Tuesday March 26 in which a teenager was threatened with a knife.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “Shortly before 5.30pm on Tuesday March 26, a teenage boy was approached by two people at the Merry Hill shopping centre.
“The two threatened the boy with a knife before making off with his bag. “ Anyone who can help to identify the suspect is asked to call police on 101 or get in touch via Live Chat on the force website and quote crime number 20/294597/24.
