POLICE have arrested a man after responding to reports of a burglary in Brierley Hill overnight.
A 20-year-old was arrested on suspicion of burglary with intent to steal as officers were alerted to Gayfield Avenue.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “We received reports of multiple burglaries taking place in parts of Dudley.
“Officers responded to a call in Gayfield Avenue, Brierley Hill, where we arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of burglary dwelling with intent to steal.
“He remains in police custody for questioning.”
