A Dudley man is appearing in court today after police were called to the scene of a crash in Netherton overnight.
The crash on Lea Bank Road led to the arrest of a man nearby.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "Following further enquiries a 45-year-old man, from Netherton, was charged with failing to provide a breath specimen and driving without a licence.
"He is appearing before Birmingham Magistrates Court today (Monday August 27)."
