Man seriously injured in Delph Road Brierley Hill collision

A man is in a life-threatening condition after a serious collision in Brierley Hill.

West Midlands Police said they were called at around 9.30pm yesterday (Wednesday, July 8) to reports of a pedestrian being struck by a car on Delph Road.

Officers attended and the man in his 60s was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital with injuries which are believed to be life-threatening.

The driver of the car remained at the scene and is assisting investigators as their enquiries, including CCTV reviews, continue.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "Anyone with dashcam from around the time of the collision, or any witnesses who we are yet to speak to, are asked to get in contact.
