A KATES Hill based over 50s group is offering spare seats to visitors to join them on their annual trip to the seaside.
The Young at Heart Group, based at St Thomas’s Network, are this year visiting Llandudno on Wednesday June 24 and are offering the chance for some residents to join them.
The seaside trip is the highlight of the groups year, with members raising money for the coach fare all year round - with raffles and fundraising.
The coach will leave Kates Hill at 9.20am and returns from Llandudno at 4.30pm. Tickets cost £15 and can be booked by contacting Deb Brownlee on 01384 817612 or Sharon Higgins on 01384 818990.
The retirement group have been together four years and was set up for residents aged 50 and over from the Kates Hill, Sledmere and Buffery areas.
