A 29-YEAR-old Dudley man has been handed a community order by Dudley Magistrates Court after tresspassing into the store room of a butcher and stealing £100 worth of bacon.

Wayne Anthony Price, of Hillside Road, was handed a 12 month community order on June 3, as well as being ordered to pay £100.61 compensation and £85 court costs, for tresspassing into the store room of Timmins Butchers and stealing £100.61 worth of bacon.

Also in court on June 3: Russell Paul Ablett, aged 29, of Blackbrook Close, Netherton, was handed a 12 month community order, as well as being disqualified from driving for 42 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

The defendant was also fined £95 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 costs, for driving without due care and attention.

Andrew Glazzard, aged 43, of Falcon Way, Russells Hall, was handed a 12 month community order, as well as being ordered to pay £85 court costs, for producing cannabis.

In court on June 2: Iesha Gayle, aged 19, of Jasmine Road, Kates Hill, was handed a 12 month community order and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Sally Anne Massey, aged 36, of Merryfield Road, Russells Hall, was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for causing £80 damage to a glass window.

Stephen Richard Kilford, aged 18, of Lower Derry Street, Brierley Hill, was committed to detention for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £600 compensation and £85 court costs, for destroying a glass refrigerator at PRONTO PIZZA, Brierley Hill.

The defendant was also committed to detention for 20 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months, for assault.

Gavin Paskin, aged 33, of Coleridge Rise, Dudley, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, for causing unnecessary obstruction with a vehicle.

Elaine Salter, aged 47, of Cressett Avenue, Brierley Hill, was handed a 12 month community order, and ordered to pay £85 court costs, for breaching an ASBO.

Jason Lee Shillingford, aged 42, of Gordon Crescent, Brierley Hill, was fined £65 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 costs, for racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Lee David Wells, aged 36, of Matlock Close, Netherton, was fined £525 and ordered to pay £15 costs, as well as £85 court costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

In court on June 4: Emma Powell, aged 30, of Frome Close, Milking Bank, was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, as well as being ordered to pay £85 court costs and handed six licence penalty points, for driving while disqualified.

Miles Harry Augustus Charters, aged 23, of St Georges Road, Netherton, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and £15 costs, for being drunk and disorderly and Russells Hall Hospital.

Rohan Dale Daley, aged 36, of Marriott Road, Netherton, was fined £60, for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.

The defendant was also fined £60 and ordered to pay £60 costs and £15 costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

Alan Emani, aged 29, of Terry Street, Kates Hill, was fined £175, for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.

The defendant was also fined £525 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.

He was also fined £175 for driving without a test certificate.

Pamela Joan Round, aged 55, of Bradleymore Road, Brockmoor, was fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 costs, for being drunk and disorderly in a public place.

John Kitchener Brown, aged 65, of Field Road, Kates Hill, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 12 months, for driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

The defendant was also fined £50 for driving a vehicle he was not licensed to drive.

Haroon Mohammed, aged 21, of Mayfair Close, Dudley, was fined £125 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £85 court costs, as well as being disqualified from driving for 12 months, for driving without insurance.

The defendant was also fined £115 for obstructing an officer.

Stuart Round, aged 21, of Pleasant View, Lower Gornal, was jailed for 22 weeks for stealing £200 cosmetics from Asda.

Colin Braham, aged 51, of Occupation Street, Dudley, was fined £115 and ordered to pay £15 costs and £60 court costs, as well as being handed six licence penalty points, for driving without insurance.
