DUDLEY Town’s recent good run was brought to a shuddering halt as they were hammered 6-1 at home by Wellington.
Doubles for Ryan Daw, Matt Williams and Paul Jones sealed a comfortable victory for the visitors, with the hosts having only Tyrone Clarke’s consolation to show for their efforts.

All hope seemed lost as Tivi trailed 2-0 with 20 minutes to go but a Lee Chilton screamer and Joel Kettle’s deflected effort levelled matters before Matt Salmon’s injury time spot kick completed a memorable win.
The recent tough run of fixtures continues for the Dale this Saturday when they travel to Bloxwich United (all kick-offs 3pm).
