AN 18 YEAR-old Netherton man has been fined £100 for failing to pick up dog faeces.
Dudley Magistrates Court heard how Aaron Perry, of Baptist End Road, was spotted failing to clear up after his dog on Woodside Park on July 13 2011.
He was issued a £50 fixed penalty notice by Dudley Council’s enforcement officers, but failed to respond.
He also failed to appear in court and the case was proved in absence.
As well as issuing him with the fine, magistrates also ordered him to pay £295 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
