A DUDLEY cancer charity is hosting a new course to help people cope with living with illness.
White House Cancer Support volunteers will be teaching a range of techniques at six sessions starting on Tuesday October 21.
The EPP course will cover topics including getting a good night's sleep, coping with difficult emotions/depression, relaxation, exercise and healthy eating, communicating with family, friends and health professionals and dealing with pain and extreme tiredness.
Course sessions will be held at the charity’s headquarters in Ednam Road and tutors all have personal experience of living with cancer, either as a patient or carer.
The course is free and free on-site parking is available, sessions will include a break for refreshments, participants will be given a book and relaxation CD.
