PARAMEDICS were called to Brierley Hill town centre after an elderly person went into cardiac arrest.
Medics rushed to the junction of High Street and Mill Street at 12.42pm today (Tuesday) after being alerted by passing police officers.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said that the patient’s heart was “successfully restarted” after CPR and advanced life support was given and they were taken to Russells Hall Hospital for further treatment.
