A MAN who was found with head injuries in Oldbury has died - police have revealed.

Officers were called to a property in Yardley Close, Oldbury, just before 1am on Saturday June 8 and found seriously injured Amjad Khan.

Mr Khan, from Handsworth, was taken to hospital, but died on Thursday (June 13).

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said the 32-year-old’s family are being supported by specialist officers at this difficult time.

Derek Brennan, aged 31, from Smethwick and Daman Sehra, aged 22, of no fixed address who were both arrested at the scene, had been charged with attempted murder.

The pair have been remanded in custody until their next court appearance.
