BLACK Country rock band Fires That Divide have celebrated the release of their latest EP.

The band, comprising lead singer/guitarist Kirk Shuttleworth, lead guitarist Steven Norton, drummer Marc Harris and bass guitarist Steve Knight, have been together for around two years and during that time they've built up quite a fan base around the Midlands and beyond.

Along the way the Stourbridge and Sedgley based outfit has supported signed acts including The Treatment, Slam Cartel, E of E and Amplifier and even earned themselves a slot on the bill at the Fort Fest in Bedford last Friday (September 2) to play alongside bands they grew up listening to and admiring including InMe, Young Guns, Black Peaks and Arcane Roots.

Frontman Kirk said: "The festival was out of this world, the biggest gig we've done and the crowd reaction was amazing."

This week also saw the launch of the their latest EP John Lee, Bullet & Love - which is now available on iTunes, Amazon and Spotify.
