Enthusiastic fundraiser and respected Stourbridge publican, Chris Foxall, is once again organising an action packed Charity Fun Day, in aid of The Mary Stevens Hospice. The event takes place on Sunday August 25, in the car park of The Crown, Hagley Road, Stourbridge.
The Crown has declared a target of £10,000 for this year and we would really encourage everyone to go along and help them reach their target.
The afternoon of fun commences at 2.30pm with a BBQ, children’s entertainment, such as face painting, a bouncy castle, a charity auction and live bands performing during the afternoon and evening.
The event costs £10 for adults and £5 for younger fun seekers (8 – 14 years) with under 8’s free, which includes limitless food and live entertainment. Tickets are available in advance from the Crown.
Vicki Rowles, Fundraising Development Manager at the Hospice said “Chris has proved to be a longstanding and committed supporter of Mary Stevens Hospice and we are most grateful to him, his friends and regulars for organising this event. It promises to be a great afternoon of entertainment whilst raising much needed funds for the Hospice.”
