YOGA sessions for people suffering with lymphoedema and lipoedema are available in the Black Country.
Lymphoedema causes tissue swelling and although it can affect any part of the body, it usually develops in the arms or legs, while lipoedema sufferers see an abnormal build-up of fat cells in the legs, thighs and buttocks.
The yoga sessions are free to LymphCare UK patients and are held at White House Cancer Support's Ednam Road base in Dudley on Mondays from 3.30pm to 5pm and 5.30pm to 7pm.
A seated class is held at the venue on Tuesdays from 10am to 11am.
On Thursdays, a session is held at St Mary's Church Hall in Rectory Road, Oldswinford from 1pm to 2pm.
