TWO women based in Worcester have teamed up to write a vegan recipe book.

Plantalicious: Vegan Recipes by Tracy Sadler and Sylvia Kenimer is out now, published by Malvern-based Ink Hills.

The book offers "delicious and fulfilling pure vegan recipes" which provide "guilt free eating that everyone and anyone can enjoy".

Tracy, a former student at Nunnery Wood High School, is a raw vegan alchemist and yoga teacher who has travelled the world, and her recipes are inspired by different cultural dishes and food she discovered on her adventures.

Sylvia, who lives in Claines but is originally from Colorado in the US, is a life-long vegan with a passion cooking and believes that food is medicine.

Having lived in Spain and Italy before moving to the UK, she has helped many obese people find a healthy lifestyle through vegan food.

Describing their recipe book, the duo said: "We didn’t want this to be another ‘raw food’ cookbook that sits on your shelf, but rather an inspiration to follow your heart and your dreams.

"We have a passion for travel and experiencing new cultures and decided to combine our experiences of international cooking to create this cookbook, which has a variety of healthy and delicious dishes that anyone can recreate."

The book is available now on Amazon in paperback and ebook.

Sylvia and Tracy will be at The Gym in Cheltenham on Tuesday October 16, from 10.30am to 2pm, to sign copies of the book and offer samples of their dishes. All are welcome to attend.
