SHOW homes at a new housing development in Stoke Prior opened to the public for the first time at the weekend.
Barratt Homes opened two new show homes at Henbrook Gardens, a 202-property development on the old Polymer Latex factory site.
Interested homeowners took a look inside the Eskdale and Kingsley show homes on Saturday.
The Eskdale, a detached three-bedroom home, features an open plan kitchen with a dining area on the ground floor and a separate lounge. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, one with an en suite, one single room and a bathroom.
The Kingsley, a four-bedroom home, offers an open kitchen diner, cosy area, dining room with two French doors and a downstairs bathroom. Its first floor is complete with two double bedrooms, one with an en suite, a main bathroom and two single rooms.
Graydon Worthing, sales director at Barratt Homes West Midlands, said: "Both properties are ideal for growing families and are situated in a very desirable location, so I would encourage anyone interested to visit our expert sales centre at Henbrook Gardens to view the home for themselves.”
Properties at Henbrook Gardens have prices starting from £259,995.
