A POPULAR pub in Barnards Green is in the running for the Malvern Gazette’s award for the area’s top watering hole.

Votes have been flooding in for the Malvern Gazette Pub of the Year competition – and The Bluebell Inn in Barnards Green has been a popular choice so far.

Our new competition will see the winning landlord, as voted for by Malvern Gazette readers, presented with a trophy and an invitation to parliament by West Worcestershire MP Harriett Baldwin.

Nestled in the Malvern Hills, The Bluebell’s stunning surroundings and relaxed atmosphere make it a favourite of customers, whether eating or drinking.

The Bluebell is also dog-friendly, with customers encouraged to bring their four-legged friend along with them.

From steaks and grills to pub classics and family favourites, the pub offers a wide range of food in addition to a broad choice of cask ales and beers, complemented by a selection of wines and spirits for all tastes.

Anyone can vote for their Pub of the Year in the Gazette’s competition, whether a regular customer or a member of staff, but we only accept slips from the paper to ensure a fair vote – not photocopies or online votes.

The winner of the competition will be announced online and in print in the Gazette on Friday, December 7.

Voting closes on November 30.
