A SPECIAL meeting of the Malvern Hills Trust to deal with a controversial easement application has been postponed.
The meeting, which had been scheduled for Thursday, February 28, was due to decide on an application for an access to cross common land off Guarlford Road.
The application has been made by the Rose Farm Partnership to create an access for a proposed housing development at Chance Lane. It has been strongly opposed by local residents.
The trust is awaiting further legal advice which has been delayed due to its counsel’s involvement in another matter.
A new date will be announced no later than the trust's board meeting on Thursday, March 14.
