A WORCESTER law firm has chosen its new charity partner for the next 12 months.

Bradley Haynes Law has selected Worcestershire Community Foundation as its lead charity partner for 2019/20.

During this year, Bradley Haynes will work with the foundation on a range of fundraising events and encourage staff to come up with new ideas and challenges to raise money, with all proceeds going to the charity.

Andrew Bradley, chairman of Bradley Haynes, said: “Our team has a proud record of fund raising for great causes including team members participating in events such as the London Marathon and the Race for Life, raising thousands along the way for local and national charitable purposes.

“As part of our social mission to help local causes in Worcestershire, we felt that we wanted to focus on giving something back to the local community that supports our business.

“We are therefore delighted to now be working with the Worcestershire Community Foundation who do some fabulous work across the county supporting numerous local initiatives.”

Development director of Worcestershire Community Foundation, Lucy Wells, added: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Bradley Haynes as their lead partner charity and look forward to working with them.

“This year is particularly exciting, with the launch of our Mental Health Fund in the autumn which will focus on raising awareness and funds to support mental health issues amongst young people in Worcestershire.

“We are building a match fund to enable this work and will hugely welcome any donations raised as a result of this partnership.”

Bradley Haynes is a full-service solicitors’ practice based in Worcester led by chairman, Andrew Bradley, who won the Solicitor of the Year award at the prestigious 2019 Worcestershire Law Society Legal Awards.
