POLICE say they have finished the latest search for missing estate agent Suzy Lamplugh - without finding any evidence.
Officers have spent two weeks digging up parts of a field near Pershore in the latest attempt to solve the mystery of Suzy's disappearance in 1986.
They also carried out a painstaking search with long poles and sniffer dogs since they returned to Drakes Broughton on July 3 after a previous search in the same area in 2010.
Archaeologists have helped in the search.
A Scotland Yard's spokesman said: "We remain committed to securing justice for Suzy and her family, and officers will continue to assess any new information received in connection with this case."
Suzy Lamplugh was an estate agent, born in Cheltenham, who went missing in July 1986 in Fulham, London.
She was officially declared dead, presumed murdered, in 1994.
Her disappearance is generally considered one of the most puzzling mysteries of recent decades.
Anyone that knows anything that could assist the investigation is asked to call officers on: 0207 230 4294."
