VOLUNTEERS in Worcester raised £200 to help people suffering with Parkinson's Disease.

Craft in Action, a non-profit organisation, held a craft fair at the Guildhall to showcase their work and demonstrate their crafts.

The Worcester and District branch of Parkinson's UK were there and members of their Droitwich branch ran a tombola to help raise funds.

Craft in Action were able to raise £200 through the craft fair.

They will be back in action on December 21 at the Guildhall, where they will be showcasing their wares in aid of Guide Dogs for the Blind. The craft fair will be open from 10am until 4.30pm and is free to attend.

Craft in Action is always looking for more mebers, especially wood turners, potters, toy makers, quillers, tapestry creators, patchworkers, milliners candle-makers and jewellers.
