A DOG owner suffered injuries to her arm and fingers after being attacked by another dog in a Hereford park.
A large crossbreed dog attacked a local woman and her four month old boxer puppy in Aylestone Park, with several members of the public rushing to help, West Mercia Police said.
It was reported the brown dog also caused injuries to the puppy's neck between 5pm and 6pm on October 16.
PC Wayne Hurley said: "We've been making local enquiries into this incident and we're really keen to hear from anyone who can help us to identify the owner of the dog."
Anyone with information that could help locate the dog and its owner are asked to call police on 101, quoting incident reference number 0790S of October 16.
