A 30-year-old man has denied breaching immigration law after it is alleged he helped non-EU citizens enter the UK illegally.

Sanger Mohammed appeared at Worcester Crown yesterday where he denied conspiracy to breach immigration law and involvement in an alleged cocaine conspiracy.

The ‘particulars of the offence’ say that between September 1, 2018 and October 18 this year Mohammed conspired with others to facilitate the commission of a breach of immigration law by individuals who were not citizens of the European Union.

Mohammed of Greytree Road, Ross-on-Wye further denied conspiracy to supply a controlled drug of class A (cocaine) to another between July 1 and October 18 this year.

A trial date has been set for March 30 next year with a time estimate of eight days.

A pre-trial review will take place on February 28 next year. He was remanded in custody. He was told to serve a defence statement by January 6 next year.
