Live coronavirus updates for Herefordshire
It's the fourth day police have been stopping cars in Hereford. Over recent days they have also been seen on Aylestone Hill carrying out similiar checks.
Drivers are being reminded to only make ‘essential’ journeys including shopping for the basic necessities, trips to the pharmacies, to provide care for a vulnerable person or traveling for work.
In Bromyard, officers said it has been "reassuring" as popular countryside spots near the north Herefordshire town are deserted.
They tweeted: "Reassured to see our beauty spots empty. It's good to see that people are abiding to the Covid-19 guidelines."
