FIREFIGHTERS from three Herefordshire fire stations were called to tackle an agricultural fire overnight.
Crews from Leintwardine, Kingsland and Leominster fire stations were on scene in Leintwardine through the evening to bring a fire involving a muck heap under control.
Crews used four hose reel jets to tackle the blaze and to reduce smoke logging.
"Three shouts in 24hrs for our crew this week," a Kingsland Fire Station spokesperson said.
"We started with an automatic fire alarm and a van fire, and ended with helping HW Fire Leintwardine with a very large muck heap on fire, plus the water carrier from HW Fire Leominster."
