TIVIDALE remain top of the West Midlands Premier League after a convincing success over Pegasus Juniors.

Tivi won 3-0 away from home to extend their advantage to eight points over second-placed Black Country Rangers.

Dan Smith opened the scoring before the break before Reece Shilvock doubled Dale's advantage with 20 minutes left on the clock.

Darragh Bustin wrapped up the points in the final five minutes.

Tivi will now take on Lye Town in the JW Hunt Cup on Wednesday night before this Saturday's visit of Pershore Town.

Black Country Rangers weren't in league action but were knocked out of the FA Vase after a 3-2 loss to Hucknall Town.

They turn their attention back to the league when they go to Wellington this Saturday.

Back-to-back wins have fired Dudley Town up the table.

They put seven past Wem Town last Wednesday before beating Shifnal 2-0 on Saturday.

Jordan Davies and Chris Rabone netted against Shifnal to move the Robins to ninth.

They were due to go to Malvern Town on Tuesday night before this weekend's trip to Bilston.

Neighbours Dudley Sports had to settle for a draw against Pershore after letting a two-goal lead slip.

Sam Woodhouse and Tony Beyai had put them in control before Pershore hit back.

Tony Gore's men were due to face Cradley Town in the league cup on Tuesday night before hosting Shifnal this Saturday.

Cradley will go into the league cup clash on the back of a free weekend after their proposed match at Shawbury United was postponed.

They will look to find more league consistency when they welcome Malvern Town this Saturday.

Meanwhile, Bewdley Town remain in mid-table after a weekend of FA Vase action.

They also went out of the competition after a 2-0 away defeat against Shepshed Dynamo.
