TWO wins each from Paul Dicken and Derick Backhouse helped Thimblemill A beat Lees 6-4 in Division One.
Dave Whittingslow was also unbeaten in week four for Bromley A in their win away at Hanbury Hill.
Kevin Flavell and Roy Mundy won the final doubles for Woodsetton Steels to scrape a 5-5 draw with Bromley B, while a Wayne Morris treble for Cradley Heath Liberals A saw them to a 7-3 win over Baggeridge.
In Division Two Mick Sheehan was unbeaten for Bromley D in their comfortable 7-3 win at Cradley Heath Liberals B.
Andy Rose won all his singles sets for Sandwell Unison, but they could only draw 5-5 with Bromley C for whom Sue Horton and Matt James took the final doubles and a share of the points.
Thimblemill B cruised to an easy 7-3 win at home to Jim’s Gym B, Dave Smith, Mick Jones and Phil Hughes winning two sets each – all losing to the Gym’s Paul Smith (Snr).
