GOOD morning. We are here to provide any information on incidents that might crop up throughout the rush hour period this morning on our Black Country and North Worcestershire roads.

So far the roads across the area are moving quite well, however there are a few areas of traffic due to ongoing roadworks including between J10 (Walsall / Wolverhampton) and J9 (Wednesbury) of the M6 southbound.

Bull Street in Gornal is closed both ways due to collapsed mine workings between Louise Street and Himley Road. Diversions are in place via Louise St, Summit Place and Himley Road.

Other areas of traffic due to roadworks include: High Street, Cradley Heath, which is closed due to gas main work between B4173 Cradley Road and Prince Street until 12th October.

Delays are expected due to temporary traffic lights on A449 Chester Road North at Sion Hill in Kidderminster. Three way lights are currently in place outside The Hare and Hounds pub until October 2.

Temporary traffic lights and water main work on B4175 Stalling's Lane in Kingswinford between Charterfield Drive and Second Avenue. Delays are expected until the work finishes on November 1.
