A BUSY main road in Dudley will be subjected to a week-long lane closure, with the council saying "some disruption is anticipated".
One lane of Tipton Road, Southbound, will be closed from Wednesday, June 4, until Wednesday, June 11.
The lane will be closed from 9.30am until 3.30pm each day to enable tree maintenance works to be undertaken.
The lane will be closed from the junction of Castlegate Way to the junction of Castle Gate Island.
In a statement, Dudley Council said: "Although this work is scheduled for off-peak hours, some disruption is anticipated, and drivers are advised to consider alternate routes."
