Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected have until September 7 to submit written representations.
Submissions should be sent to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE, with a copy also provided to Freight Services Ltd.
