A man has appeared in court charged with shooting a man outside a pub in Brierley Hill.
Detectives have been investigating since the incident near the Corn Exchange pub, Amblecote Road, at around 2pm on Saturday, August 15.
Adan Naheem, aged 30, of Dudley, has been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and Section 18 wounding.
He appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, August 25.
Naheem was remanded in custody and will appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on September 22 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "The victim sustained leg injuries which were thankfully not life-threatening.
"Two other men who were arrested after the incident on suspicion of violent disorder have since been bailed."
