Muhammad Rayhaan Khan has submitted an application to Sandwell Council for a new premises licence for Aladdin’s Pizza at 11 Bloomfield Road, Tipton.
The application, made under the Licensing Act 2003, seeks authorisation for late-night refreshment indoors between 11pm and 3am from Monday to Sunday.
Late-night refreshment is generally the provision of hot food or hot drink to the public between 11pm and 5am.
If granted, the licence would allow Aladdin’s Pizza to operate the proposed late-night service hours.
The notice can be viewed on the Public Notice Portal via: publicnoticeportal.uk
Residents, businesses and other interested parties, as well as responsible authorities, can make written representations about the application to Sandwell Council’s General Licensing Team.
Representations must be submitted by November 18.
They can be sent by post to the General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury, B69 3DE, or emailed to licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk.
The notice warns that it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, carrying a potential unlimited fine on summary conviction.
Sandwell Council will consider any relevant representations received before deciding whether to grant the premises licence.
