Representations must be sent to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE, within 21 days of the notice’s publication on September 3, 2026.
Anyone making a representation must also send a copy to County Cars2003 Ltd at its Tinsley Street address.
