A LOGISTICS company has applied for permission to operate two goods vehicles and two trailers from a yard in Oldbury.

Skyroad Logistics Ltd has submitted an application for a goods vehicle operator’s licence.

The notice can be viewed on the Public Notice Portal via: publicnoticeportal.uk

The company wants to use Yard A/B on West Bromwich Street, Oldbury, B69 3AY, as its operating centre.

If granted, the licence would allow the site to be used as a base for up to two goods vehicles and two trailers.

People who own or occupy land or buildings near the proposed operating centre can make written representations if they believe the use of the yard would affect their use or enjoyment of their property.

Any representation must be sent to the Traffic Commissioner by September 24.

Those making representations must also send a copy to Skyroad Logistics Ltd at 227 Lansbury Drive, Hayes, UB4 8RT.

The Traffic Commissioner’s guidance says objections must set out the reasons why the proposed operating centre could affect nearby land or buildings, rather than raising general concerns unrelated to the site’s operation.
