Admiral Taverns Limited submitted an application to vary the premises licence for the pub at 5 Church Street, Oldbury, B69 3AD.
If approved, the change would allow licensable activities at the venue to continue until 4am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
The current permitted time is 3am.
The application also seeks to extend the pub’s opening hours from 3.30am to 4.30am on those nights.
The additional half-hour after licensable activities end is intended to provide what the applicant describes as a dispersal period, allowing customers to leave the premises gradually.
No other changes to the venue’s existing premises licence have been proposed, according to the public notice.
The notice can be viewed on the Public Notice Portal via: publicnoticeportal.uk
