A COMPANY has applied for a licence to sell alcohol in a warehouse.

Dudley Council has received an application from Codestorm Limited for a premises licence for its fulfilment warehouse at Unit 2, Navigation Drive, Hurst Business Park, Brierley Hill.

The application, if successful, would permit the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises only, operating from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week.

The notice can be viewed on the Public Notice Portal via: publicnoticeportal.uk

Representations about the application must be submitted in writing by October 5.

They should be addressed to the Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services - Licensing, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley, DY2 8JW.

The notice also carries a warning against making false statements in connection with the application, with offenders facing an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
